This is my scary Teddy Bear I made for the International Cake Show Australia's collaboration - House of Horrors. It is a 3D gingerbread piece that is made from 12 cookies and is appoximately 7" tall.

The organs at the front were decorated first by flooding, then hand painting and made shiny with glaze. It has stippled icing that is a bit ragged adding to the horror feel. It has airbrushed sections where the legs and arms are a little darker brown. The red on the arms and legs is handpainted with Sweet Sticks Edibleart paint. The button eyes were baked in a mould then painted with the Edibleart paint.
