Very nice! I really like this cookie! Birds are a favorite, of mine. Is the frame, the type that is included in sun catcher craft kits? If so, this is such a great idea! I tried your glaze, on the cookie I submitted in the, Practice Bakes Perfect Challenge. Very easy to prepare. And I liked the consistency and the drying time! Thanks for sharing your recipe! Thank you, Dana! I'm glad you like the glaze. It is very simple. I don't need a mixer/electricity - just a spatula to mix by hand. I'm slow so the drying time works for me. This is a Makit Bakit frame . . . My sister gave me a box of frames she picked up at a garage sale at least 22 years ago- at most 25 years and said she thought I might be able to use them somehow. So I did! I hand cut a lot of them or use an oval or square frame which is a lot quicker. The cookie is bigger too. Love this one because it is minimum work. I just cut around the oval frame.
