hello, so glad to be part of this group. I have a question about royal icing when it dries how to make it still shine?
Hi Gwen, welcome to the group☺ I put my cookies in front of a little fan with heat immediately after flooding. I think that helps a little to keep some shine. @gwen smith💗
Hi @gwensmith. I do the same thing as Teri. I put my cookies in a dehydrator with a low heat setting after I decorate them. I've been doing it for years. Don't let the word dehydrator scare you. It doesn't dry out the cookie just to put it in there for enough time to set the icing. Have a ball!
