I barely can see it to read it but the cookie itself is verrrrryyyyy good!.  How large is the cookie.  You hand cut it?  If you did, you did a very good job.  I love it.  Going to see if I can read it, then go look at your other cookie.  smiling  Well done!

A recent tip Donaharrisburg... If you hold down the Ctrl (Control) key and mouse scroll up, it zooms you in so you can see up close.  Scroll down or use the option to go to default.. Cheers

Thank you! It's 36cm x 26cm (approx. 14" x 10"), and yes I hand cut the large cookie and smaller strips to use as the 'frame' :-)

Hi Julia,

Yes the white is royal icing - I outlined the cookie using a 2.5 tip, poured the flood icing down the middle of the cookie, then used a small very flexible offset spatula to ease it out to the outline
