Beautiful! I am trying to learn to pipe lace - what consistency of icing do you use?
I tend to work with an icing that is much looser than most other Cookiers. As a result, I usually use a 1.0 or a 1.5 tip to get my line very thin. The way I judge the icing consistency is to mix the icing with some water with a spoon. I grab a big dollop of the icing, turn the spoon to the side and if it stays there - it is too thick. If it slowly starts to fall off the spoon but doesn't completely drop off after a few seconds, I know it's ready to go. Hope this helps. Good luck!
