Ditto to Econlady's comment.  And, wowowowoowwwwwww!  Love all the details.  It seems no matter how tiny I make my hole(s) my icing doesn't thinly come out and it ruins my design.  I guess it doesn't matter to me if you use parchment, icing bags, or sandwich bags; my icing doesn't come out thinly no matter which I use.  I am thinking - rather than cut/snip a hole - to  just poking a hole in the bag.  How did you achieve this grand display and what do you suggest to me to do?  (Big butt frowny here!)  hahahahaaa

Thank you all for your nice compliments! To dona, I used the same consistency icing for both flooding and outlining, probably about 20 second icing. For the details  I used PME #1 tips (I have had much more control with them than any others) but really the right consistency is the most important thing

Thanks for your response.  I have so many tips and  don't use them.   I tried before with  tip/s and still failed.  I just don't like what I do.  Thanks!
