Crazy Halloween cookie platter with bubblegum leaves and chewy candy leaves

With these cookies I replaced some of the butter and sugar in the recipe with ready-made, blue bubblegum cake icing (Pickert), which I just had to warm up. The cookie dough tasted delicious like bubblegum! Unfortunately, much of the flavor was lost through baking. The colorful chewy candy leaves are cut out of rolled out chewy candies. Very brief heating in the microwave was very helpful.
