That would seem to be a flaw in the UI for the site. All of the other photos I uploaded at the same time were handpainted, and I tagged those appropriately. This single photo uploaded at the same time seems to have been tagged with the same setting.

It's not a flaw in the UI of the site. It's the way the site is designed - if you do a mass upload, all photos in the upload will get assigned the same clip sets and tags. So, what happened here is that this one was also assigned handpainting, even though it is not handpainted, because you uploaded it with the others at the same time. That's why I suggest in the posting guidelines to upload one photo at a time (unless your clip sets and tags apply to ALL cookies in the upload) and to apply tags and clip sets that relate to each unique cookie.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
