These cookies are not qualified as above challenge since the cookies are smaller than 7 cm. I made these cookies to practice Lambeth Method (piping) and for Easter.
I found out it is very hard for me to pipe lines at equal spaces. I piped lines: 1 layer with No. 2 tip, 2 layers with No. 1.5 tips then 3 layers with No. 1 tip.
I guess my icing was a bit soft for hanging lines.
What a fabulous idea to be working on the Lambeth method of piping in this way Ryoko!!! @Ryoko ~Cookie Ave. Piping equidistant lines is not easy to do, especially on spaces that are very small. You're doing great!! It sure looks to me like you're on the right track.
Working with this particular technique is challenging . This is a wonderful challenge, Christine @Bakerloo Station!! I absolutely love the method for its gorgeous, elegant look and feel. I signed up for an online class all about Lambeth method piping because I really want to learn it, and learn it well...I've watched it a couple of times and still don't feel comfortable .
If I have time then I'll definitely enter the challenge! Been super busy, but that's a good thing.

Awesome work, as always Ryoko ❤️❤️
Thank you! I hope we will see you enter something in the challenge, Carol!
Hi Zara! Thank you. We don't do anything for Easter here but I see so many egg-shaped cookies recently. The cookie cutter of mine is smaller than 7cm and I am just lazy to cut out my dough by hand.
