This is just stunning! I am utterly amazed at how well all of the individual tiles fit together, like a puzzle.  Are the designs painted, or are they mostly wet-on-wet?  The details are incredible.

I used liquid colors because I am temporarily away from my home and all of my gel colors are back in the USA

I mixed straight blue with violet and a little grey, which gave me a deep royal blue. I used a little of that to make the lighter blue.
