It's like that look you get from your Mother before you get grounded for a week!! Awesome work, the eyes are AMAZING. Can/will you share the details on the eyes?  Fantastic texture. Just stunning!!

Sure, if I can remember. I started out with white and used thick but not piping icing to make the eyes dome a bit. Once dry, I painted them with gold luster, then dotted each center with medium thickness gray RI and immediately put a black sugar pearl in each dot. Once I piped and brush embroidered the owl itself (it was more like drawing wavy lines and stamping with a stiff paint brush) and lined the eyes with black, I let the cookie itself dry but did NOT like the eyes anymore so I took a small soft brush and shaded the top edges. I might have used plum color dust. I typically do when I want shadow but don't want the harshness of black. I really should make notes when I'm happy with the finished product so I can recall exactly what I did!!!
