Teri, I LOVE this technique for eyes. Is there a secret way to getting the pupils to almost glisten with your icing? I can see the white dots help BUT they truly sparkle in the green color areas? Would love to know how to achieve this intensity to all eyes for cookies makes such a difference?

Thank you Patsy, it is all in the shading of the Iris and the hi-lights. The Iris is a bright lime-ey. Green shaded with blue. I uses choppy little strokes to create a ray effect as I moved around the pupil... side loaded brush..
Finally, a realistic looking eye cookie. I LOVE your technique and design work. Are the white's of the eyes, iris' and pupils painted on fondant, icing or on an add-on cookie?YOUR TALENT IS AMAZING!
