I love the vibrant foliage during fall.

All the flowers and leaves are made of wafer paper. To get the bright color I brushed air brush food color. The tiny petals were cut free hand. I really am beginning to like making flowers with wafer paper. They are so dainty and light.

So inviting @Zeena !  The decorating detail in the cup works so well with the media and colors in the edible paper flowers.   The rich woodsy rustic feel of the cup is so elegantly carried up into the bouquet with your strategically placed twigs and flower centers.   Perfectly coordinated intensity of colors in your flower petals and leaves as well.

This looks like a project that I would like to take on. It would be such a lovely gifting to someone special.  You have drawn my interest in to this style of working with wafer paper!  Since I often think about packaging and delivery constraints before taking on some projects, I wonder how tall the is the cookie, i.e. off the table, after having added your flowers.   Also, am I seeing a sheen on the flowers, and if so, is that due to the paper itself or the food coloring?

Lovely, Lovely, Lovely!

Thank you so very much @EAC. The height of the cookie is 6 inches at its peak. There is a sheen on the wafer paper too. But I never added any sheen.

Simply beautiful dear Zeena @Zeena!! I love the flowers for the fall. Wafer paper can be tricky to work with and you've made these flowers so well. They are the perfect colors, too. The texture you've added to the cup really makes the cookie stand out. Love this!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Hugs...

Thank you dear Carol @Cookies Fantastique.
