I finally perfected one of my drop cookie flavors (oatmeal raisin with white chocolate and apple whiskey), into a rolled, cutout cookie. It's my husband's favorite flavor cookie, so I made into his favorite beer for Father's Day. These cookies are over 7" tall...because he likes big cookies and he cannot lie... <cackle>

That flavor sounds divine. Do you cut/process the raisins to keep them from making the dough lumpy? And I love the clever packaging! Did you make it or source it from someone else?

Thank you. It took me a couple of tries to figure out the ratios. He didn't mind eating the "failures." <cackle>
I added the raisins and white chocolate chips as barely-rough-chopped because my cookies are thicker than most and my husband likes big chunks in his cookies. I don't recommend using a food processor as it made a paste, even with a bit of flour.
I did not make this particular packaging - it's from Miss Cookie Packaging. I've attached the direct link.
