Great cookies!  What cookie cutter do you use?

Do you handcut then design, or design then handcut for these feathers.. Hope that is not a silly question

Not at all silly!  I designed, then I used tracing paper to design the cookie shapes so they also looked good over the planned design, and used that as a cutting template. I'm doing a mini tutorial for the technique that should come out in a few days!
