Very elegant.

I can imagine that they practice your patience - mine is trained only by looking at them and imagining doing the piping

They also look rather small, or are they bigger than they appear. My guess would be about 3 inch?

Such beautiful work . I've watched Julia's tutorials on piping with chocolate and it looks difficult because you need to keep moving right along...fast, intricate piping is not (yet) one of my strengths. But, I'm working on it! Did you run into any issues about the chocolate cooling too much while you were doing the piping?

I did not. I wanted it a little runny anyways (my preferred consistency). But its not too difficult, it just takes LOTS of patience. Keep at it
