Hi! This is my contribution to this Challenge, a bit simple but it wasn't easy to me to look for a design made only by stencils, and that's what I finally got

I have used 3 stencils (one home made) and used 3 techniques: handwriting stencil (brown dust), waves stencil (gold dust + vodka applied with sponge) and rose stencil (royal icing). In addition I have used some other home made stencils to separate the different regions; the additional medium is a royal icing brown line all around the cookie.

I hope you like it.

Oh, wow!  I didn't realize that the background script was also a stencil!  This is a wonderful cookie!  And yes, it is very tricky to compose a cookie using only stencils!  You are not alone in feeling that way!  I am so glad you tried the challenge.

Really delightful! Love the colors and the contrast of background, and your rose turned out great! I was shocked to see you did the letter stencil with a brush (it turned out great)!

Thank YOU for proposing such an amazing challenge to us! I muss confess I can't stop thinking about stencils... In fact, I'm making a new cookie with some other techniques, I'm enjoying a lot, so... thanks again

Thanks Kim! I muss confess I didn't know how to use the letter stencil... and that's what I got. I'm not very proud about the result, as it's a bit "unclean" but...
