And yes, you absolutely right, for strong red tones need much the colorant and this is not safe for our health. Same story with black colour. For this reason i use always ready red and black SK Professional Royal Icing.
p.s. And in other cases i use red lacquer (from the yolk with milk and very little quantity of the colorant and after in the oven at 100 degrees to dry), i wrote you about this thing already
