Problems with using 2-day old icing. I didn't re-mix and the first of the piping icing had apparently separated...although it wasn't evident in the bag. Halfway around, I realized and squeezed and squished the bag which did the trick...but it was too late. My granddaughter, 7, is not likely to notice. Her eyes will be on the fact that her name is on the cookie and the RI transfers. She loves to pick them off and eat them :-)
