I made the cookie doilies for this project in Part 1 (video here), and now in this video, I assemble them along with royal icing roses, wafer paper leaves and ribbons, and more cookies into 3-D cookie bouquets that can pass for the real thing! 3-D sandwiching and the use of edible papers are the key techniques covered here.
