This isn’t the first time I’ve made cookie Christmas ornaments (after all, I love things that are both edible and functional)! But it IS the first time I’ve embossed them and decorated with as little icing as this. Even without a lot of icing, the result is still ornate and elegant; it’s just not nearly so time-consuming – a plus during the busy holiday season!
