My cookie dragon of last week wouldn’t be at home without a cookie castle, right? So here you go, a 3-D castle cookie!  It makes a great (and unexpected) edible centerpiece at a child’s birthday party, and easily morphs into a princess castle by swapping my brown icing tones for pinks and pastels.
