My video from last week showed you how to dress up cakes with simple chocolate lace wraps. If you caught it, and looked closely, you'd have spotted some ribbons on top of those cakes - not real ribbons, but ones made of chocolate dough, yet another weakness of mine. In this week's video, I reveal the method behind that weakness - an easy-peasy one-bowl recipe for truly tasty, melt-in-your-mouth garnishes. Stay tuned, in another week, I'll show you how I turn this dough into ribbons, bows, and flowers that work just as well on cookies as they do on cakes.
