Well...this is going to drive me crazy. Sorry about the lopsided photo. It looked correct when I brought it in to be able to post. Anyway, if you lean your head to the left, the black figures are penguins. I think that out of the sets I have submitted thus far, I really like these. I figured that since part of the U.S. was still experiencing snow, these would still fit in. Once I pipe the ring of icing and fill it all in, I use my stylus to help try to evenly get it around the edge of the cookie. If I'm not fast enough, I end up with horrible little marks at the edge. Hopefully I can gently tap the cookie to even it all out. I used the tissue paper method to do the penguins and the Polar Bears were free-hand.
Yes! I do see improvement with each set you have posted for the challenge! These circles are quite good. I think that the method you used his time is one that you should continue to use, and just keep practicing, practicing, practicing! That polar bear is super cute, and you did a great job with those penguin transfers! And yes, we did have a snow white-out here in Chicago yesterday, so it DEFINITELY is still winter!

Yes, I plan to continue on with getting the icing to the edge of the cookie - I prefer that style the best - unless adding a little border around the edge. I like the little dots, but I need to get a bit better first, I think. As an aside, I hope everyone who has been continually hit with these storms is doing all right and styaing safe and warm.
