Oooh, my favorite cookie holiday – Valentine’s Day – is nearly upon us, and I’ve got two very romantic Dynamic Duos™ sets (released in December) that are designed to evoke gorgeous layered Victorian valentine cards, but on cookies! In this video, I show how to use these two sets with airbrushing techniques, as well as how to create dimensional layered effects using a variety of mediums, including royal icing, fondant, modeling chocolate, and wafer paper.
