So beautiful! Is Degas hand painted or have you used a wafer paper printed sheet?

I often use chocolate molds and the frame is done in white chocolate and covered with gold. The Degas is a printed replica in wafer paper , then I use a thin fondant as a vehicle to adhere to a shortbread cookie.
