These cookies are gorgeous. I am actually making them right now, but I'm having a hard time making the beak. What consistency icing should I be using for it, and do you have any tips on how I can make it.

The beak you have to do in a 20 seconds consistency. To make the beak of the bird on the left, first you have to make the bottom, let it dry a few minutes and do the top.
