I made this cookie for my mom. I love trying out new techniques. Here I have used the palette knife roses. I have used buttercream. Buttercream icing was an interesting medium to work with. Happy Mother’s day to all.

Oh, Zeena @Zeena, I absolutely love this beautiful cookie for your mom!! I've seen many flowers made with buttercream using a palette knife. It appears to be quite a skill to master but you have done a fabulous job, my dear friend 😘. So much detail to your roses with the curved petals and awesome definition of color.
