Navidad Soñada / Christmas Dreams

It has been a very long time since my last poste in this lovely community!!

This was my project for my Christmas Cookie Classes this year... the first classes after lockdown by Covid here in Santiago - Chile.

This proyect is full fo different techniques!

Molded chocolate Gifts dusted with gold luster dust, I used Chocoplasticina (a signature paste that I created, it is similar to fondant but doesen´t dry so hard that you cant eat it) bows on the gingerbread Boy/Girl and chocolate gifts,  Isomalt colored with gel food colors in the tree, 3D Christmas Tree, airbrushed gold on cookie dough and star, metallic edible paints on the bows...
