Palms

The tree trunk suited the brush embroidery technique well but the leaves I tried brushing few more times to create this effect.

This is an excellent idea. Both the palm leaf and the trunk are perfectly suited for this type of technique. I like how you've also managed to create a sense of height and perspective.
