Yesterday was the final of the PME Royal Icing course, and this is my result. We were introduced to various techniques, tips & knacks, and had so much fun!

We had the most lovely teacher, and I can't wait to take another class with her. Anyone living near Hamburg or Vienna: I strongly advise you to check out her schedule! Kirsten Wupperman from "Kuchen Fashion" http://kuchen-fashion.jimdo.com/ . You will not regret it, believe me! We even had someone who came all the way from Norway.

Thanks, Carol. The course was 4 days/25 hours total. But we did a lot of theory also, and stuff that didn't went on the cake (which is a dummy, by the way).
