Updated better quality photo

the work with the gingerbread dough have the limits, and this is very interesting way for me to overcome these difficulties with the lack of the flexibility in the creations, fragility and inability to work on the details. After the first experiences with flowers and leaves is the first serious work on the sculpting and modeling of gingerbread.
Yippee!

Gingerbread, Royal icing, SK Edible Paint

I did a sculpture once before (smaller scale) and baked around tin foil. Do you mind my asking if that's what you used?

thank you so much!

about your question

yes, of course we use different forms of aluminum foil. much aluminum foil.. enormous quantity aluminum foil
ok if seriously - this are handmade forms for different parts of body, very important, that this parts not are not touching the oven and are bending. Foil for basic forms, as well as a foil for external details
also very important initial sketch - scheme, because design should be invisible in parts of joints.
and many details with temperature modes and the order of the work.
I would like still make some experiments, and if i will able to reduce the errors maximally - i will write the tutorial about it. i hope, this information will interesting
