Thanks Julia. It was my first attempt of quilted cookies and I like the result very much. Actually the fuchsia one is only half poofy... the darker parts have a sort of crater/cavity (I don't know how you call it in English)! And it's the only one I let dry overnight. I dried the other two in the oven (lowest temp and fan) and they remained perfectly poofy!

You really are too kind! I'm not worth it. Anyway, I left them in the oven about 15 minutes. The temperature was 40 C (I don't know the equivalent in F) and I also turned the fan on! this was the first time I used the fan; all the other times I didn't use it, and they  actually dried worse. I think the fan is really necessary!
