Wow - I love these cookies too! What medium did you use for the big die-cut flowers (top and bottom)? It looks too opaque to be wafer paper and too thin for fondant (which is hard to die-cut anyway). (P.S. You'll see me ask technique-related questions from time to time, because I think they help with everyone's collective learning! 😀) TIA for sharing!
The cookie on the left: I used SmArt sheets (from Icing Images) to make the embossed design. I then painted the flowers with edible paint from Sweet Sticks and The Sugar Art. The flowers are wafer paper that I painted before cutting out with a paper punch.
For the cookies on the top and bottom: they too are used with SmArt Sheets. I used die cuts from Spellbinder and dry dusted each one part of the flower.
(I made another cookie, a square one, that I embossed the background and had used fondant flowers, but I realized after I posted the picture I didn't upload that picture, so I deleted the fondant tag. Sorry for any confusion.)
