Thank you so much, everyone!  The eyeballs are white fondant.  I used foodoodler edible markers to add the color, then a slightly wet brush to soften and blend like a watercolor effect.  The “wet” look was achieved with 2:1 alcohol to corn syrup.  The floral part was just thick RI piped with a Wilton 125 (tear drop) tip.
