Ombre cookies have always drawn my interest because of their seamless flow between the colors. It's an elegant look, in my opinion. To add more interest I used a heart-in-heart design. The hearts graduate in size along with different techniques to highlight the heart shape. I always love adding dimension whenever it seems to fit the design which is why I included a piped border using a 101 tip. Here's a side angle picture:
I used edible lace for the smallest heart with a small bead border. I love what shimmering gold adds to a finished look in a cookie .
Wow, so gorgeous and elegant! Every section is so beautiful, the shiny lace, the ruffles, and those flowers!! Congratulations, dear Carol, on this beauty ♥️

I haven't even attempted to do flowers yet. But I want to. I hope they have some demos at the Spring-cookie-a-thon.
I have no doubt that you'll learn so, so much by watching the Cookie-a-thon . Making flowers will undoubtedly be included!! You can do it! As with everything, it takes practice and patience but you will absolutely learn what you want to know . I love making flowers @Charlie's Edible Blessings, and am confident that you will too!!!
It is so kind of you to comment here. Thank you so very much ❤️❤️❤️ Hugs...
