So glad to see your photo in the clips section now! Can you explain a little about how you made it in the comments under the post? I see some of my grill project influences in it, so I know many elements are royal icing transfers, but any other elaboration on techniques used would be great!
I wasn't sure how to add comments when I posted the clip. The table and base are sugar cookie. The food, grill, flowers, fire, and rocks are all royal icing. The rocks and burgers are the super thick royal icing clay/dough. The spatula is royal icing and fondant since the handle broke when transferring. The griddle is fondant. For the woodgrain affect I used a scribe tool to scrape lines in the hardened icing and then painted over it. The ashes, dirt, moss are ground up colored graham crackers and ground up mocha flavored cookie.
What amazing creativity and work @thissitelovescookies!! The summer theme, attention to detail and execution is fabulous. I love what you've done with the picnic bench (so realistic) and the grill. Super fun and well done ❤️❤️❤️ Hugs...
