Now that things are finally leveling out for me this year, I decided to refocus my energy on world domination through royal icing transfers. The transfers enable me to decorate much prettier cookies for the food distribution. The 150 quantity each week does limit a lot of what I can do, but the transfers do give me some wiggle room and allows me to spread the work out more. This week, the transfers worked out really well. I’m attaching some photos of the process. I even finished a day early and ended up with a dozen extra to give to a friend. So even though the Sundaes are intended for Friday, a few people enjoyed them on Thursday.

So glad you're finding ways to simplify your process so you're able to keep up with this wonderful and generous thing that you do. And thanks for sharing your helpful tips!
These are so adorable Lisa @LisaF!! I rarely allow the indulgence of eating something this sweet but it inspires my taste buds to run to the store and buy the ingredients. LOL Your use of RI transfers to create so many cookies quickly is inspired! I never would have thought about taking that approach. Awesome work, as always my dear cookie friend ❤️❤️❤️ Hugs...
I love the play on words- sundaes on a Friday. Very clever. Will remember that. Will incorporate your transfer wisdom too. Parchment or wax paper?
For these, I actually used acetate. I probably should have used parchment for the "glass" because it took a long time to dry. Julia mentions the pros and cons in some of her videos and I think I am going to move more towards parchment. I'm just such a creature of habit....

Thank you Julia. I'm making progress in terms of planning and process! I've learned a great deal about process from your videos. It really helps provide law and order to my brain, which makes the creative process so much more enjoyable.

Thank you so much Carol. I am really into royal icing transfers right now. In fact, I'm selecting most designs going forward with the possibility of royal icing transfers as a major component. It's helping me tremendously. I hope you are on the mend my friend.❤️
