'Twas The Night Before Christmas Gingerbread House II

I made this second Gingerbread House for Preservation Bloomfield a nonprofit organization who invited professional and amateur chefs from across metro Detroit to compete at their annual fund-raiser held at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Michigan.  I am very humbled and honored to win the Best in Show in the Professional category where over 20 gingerbread houses were made by professional chefs in the metro Detroit area.

Googly-eyed!  Fantastic work!  Congrats on your win.  I was going to ask if the sleigh (etc.) are plastic (lol) until I read your tags.  You did a grand job!  I want to try that but keep backing away from doing so.  lol at Facebook.  Just darn it!  I commented to someone else that all of you are going to force me to facebook.  lol  Sprinkling sugar dust on you.  Braaaaa vooooooooooooo!
