First I made royal icing transfer circles in white and then airbrushed them green with a stencil of the Starbucks logo.  I then "glued" the transfers on the brown portion with more RI and added a rope border to disguise the edge.

Nice! How was the burlap-y cup holder done? Is it stenciled as well? on fondant? It sort of looks like it wraps around the cookie, which is why I was wondering if it was fondant. Thanks!

Julia, it is not fondant - I used a thicker flood consistency icing so that it kind of "fell" over the edge a bit.  After it dried I put one layer of cheese cloth over it and airbrushed it with brown and it gave it that "burlap-y" appearance.

Thanks for the clarification!
