Hi, Patty, I added your photo here, as the challenge requires the explanation of the cookie to be in a comment UNDER the challenge entry, not in a separate post.(Separate posting makes it much more difficult for us to review entries to see if they comply with rules and more difficult for members to associate the process used with the cookie.) For the next challenge, please be sure to follow this rule - thank you.
Also, with regard to the above image, I see that three stencils were used, but I don't see the required three stenciling techniques - I see only two: airbrushing for the trees and grass in the background and spreading of icing for the foreground trees.
PLEASE INDICATE THE THIRD TECHNIQUE YOU USED IN ORDER FOR THIS COOKIE TO QUALIFY FOR THE CHALLENGE. THANKS AGAIN!
Thank you Evelyn, it doesnt turn out as my own expectation, the last layer spoiled the whole thing, i wanted to create something like oil painting effect but it ended up this way.

No problem, but you still haven't told us the third stenciling technique you used, if you used a third. Please let us know one way or the other, so we know how to handle your entry. Please remember that to qualify for this challenge, an entry must display three different stenciling techniques.
BTW, to attach, just start typing a comment and then click on the "Add Attachments" link in the bottom right corner of the comment box (with the paper clip icon). You will then be prompted to upload a photo (or photos) attached to your comment.

oh.. for the third technique, i had added into my own comment above. i dusted with tiny round stencil on the icing stenciled trees. perhaps the effects is not so obviously seen.
What a fun scene! It almost looks like something from The Lorax! Thank you also for clarifying all of your techniques. Glad you were able to this cookie properly entered!
