I'm definitely having a lot of fun in creating entries related to the oldest challenges😊. This time I wanted to make an attempt with challenge #32, monochrome. The description was very interesting, so I thought: why not? Since I had some flower shaped cutters I had the idea to create some tropical flowers flooding and then decorating the cookies with a bright yellow, and I'm pretty satisfied with the result achieved ❤️
My favorite thing about monochrome cookies is that it allows for texture to take center stage, which can produce stunning results as is the case with your floral cookies. Your petals are beautifully piped and your icing consistency looks perfect. Did you get these things right the first time or did you find that you had to practice or experiment a bit first?

Thank you so much Christine! I was very happy with the fact that both piping, icing consistency and color turned out to be perfect right the first time without having to practice first 😊😊
