Hi there, your biscuits are beautiful. I love the clear "icing" that you are using. Could you possibly tell me what it is? I cant seem to find any info on what it is. Many thanks

Those that are used to cross and square cookies is royal icing and piping gel . Ring is made only at the Royal icing .

Thanks for your feedback. Just another quick question does the piping gel also harden to the same consistency as royal icing?

No, the gel does not dry to perfection.

No, the gel does not dry to perfection.
