Just wanting to get some opinions about adding our photos. I know several of us have a lot of photos to choose from. I have been doing one or two every other day. I don't want to add too many at once and offend anyone. Or do you think that's the way to go?
What are your thoughts and how are you going about it?

You should be able to add as many as you'd like. I think amogst those that have cookie businesses, many are hobbyists and probably enjoy looking at your beautiful designs

But as a general rule, I wouldn't post more than 5 in one sitting. People like to see variety on the site, and it can get overwhelming to see a block of content all from one person. Rapid and repeated posting starts to feel spam-like, so we generally prefer a practice more like the one you've adopted. Thanks!
I've been adding 3-4 pictures whenever I think about it (every couple of days). I feel the same way - I don't want to bombard the activity feed with all my pictures.

Gigi, you can add as many as you like OVER time. But there are rules about posting too many at once for the reasons noted above. The guidelines were developed based on best practices gleaned from other high functioning forums.

That makes sense. So I will stick with what I am doing now. A few every other day. I am also trying to get one good photo versus several like I used to do. It's easier, they look better and it's less work.

Julia, to be honest I didn't realize Jacinda was refering to a one time load ... I thought she was refering to having an overall limit. My apologies, I realize reading on that wasn't the case.
I'm afraid we owe you all an apology, as we have been posting quite a few number of clips in the last few days, but basically, we just wanted to start sharing our work with you all, placing it in the different sets. Yikes! I just posted 6 or 7 over the course of the day... So sorry!! Today is really my first day playing around on this site and apparently I need to learn the rules! I promise I won't post any more today! 
Hi, Brynn, Welcome! Posting 5 or 6 cookies spaced out over the whole day is less of an issue than all at once. What we're trying to avoid is mass uploads of 5 or more photos all at the same time, as they clog the photo feed with content all from the same person. Keep an eye on the NEW PHOTO trending spot on the home page. If all it's showing is your content in the first 5 or more spots, then you've probably overdone it and should lay low for a little while. But if you spread postings out over a reasonable period, you should be fine.
Please DO read all the posting guidelines that were sent as links in your welcome email, however. They were sent to give people a heads up on the site guidelines, to read before they start posting.

OOOOOPS!! I so broke some guidelines here...SORRY!!, I don't get on very often and I guess when I did, I'd pick out a group {or two, sometimes 3...actually even more than that at times} and I'd be a busy beaver posting away....tonight, after posting {way more than what the guidelines state} I decided to spend some time on the boards reading through questions, etc...and I saw this thread, and then I read this thread, and now, blushing from embarrassment, I'm responding to this thread...I seriously didn't know! And I totally agree with the guidelines {now that I've read them} So, cross my heart, I'll follow them!! Sorry if ya'all feel spammed, not my intent at all...just thought I was being super efficient when I got on this page...
