Hello, everyone! Yes, the autumnal cookies decking the site this month were made by yours truly. I think you all know me well enough by now, so I will spare you a lengthy intro.
Of course, I would much rather feature one of you this month, but, seeing as I still haven't posted my Close-up interview with @TAMMY HOLMES, our September site artist, I needed to buy myself more time to get that interview written before adding another one to my list. I should have some spare time to start Tammy's interview questions whilst flying to Cake International on Monday, so that is the current plan. Thanks for your patience (especially Tammy), and stay tuned for what I know will be an interesting interview!
I also want to thank @Icingsugarkeks (aka Gabi) for making my cookies in the banner and backdrop appear so much more interesting than they originally were. Her falling leaf-animation in the banner adds the perfect seasonal flair!
I promise to be back with a more deserving cover artist in December. Have a nice week while I am teaching in England. I'll try to post a few highlights of my class and the show!

Last but not least, for those of you who are wondering how to get featured, it's easy! Simply read these posts here and here. Remember: Site artists not only get their work featured prominently for a full month, but they also get profiled in a forum post like this one and in an in-depth Cookier Close-up interview. All considered, it's a lot of great free PR in exchange for photo sharing! When preparing your site art, please bear in mind that I already have artwork through January 2024, so I am specifically looking for art for February 2024 and beyond. Please also remember that @Icingsugarkeks, our Site Art Stylist, is available to help you get your photos in the right format, so do not hesitate to contact her if you need assistance! You can send her a PM right here on Cookie Connection by clicking on her name (in pink) above.
Thanks in advance for considering a contribution to the site!
