Selling more than cookies

Hi! I'm new to this site and love all the information here! I've been doing cookies for 3 yrs as a business. I've dabbled in cupcakes and cake pops but cookies are really my favorite and work well for my schedule right now. Cakes are too last minute for me and my butter based frosting was impossible in the FL heat. I'm looking for something else I can sell, in addition to cookies, that isn't as time consuming. I work out of my house so it has to be a pre-order kind of thing. Anyone have success with this? Would you mind sharing your ideas on what has worked or not worked?

But also another good business is doing favors for wedding, baptisms and parties. I did them for 20 years.

Give contact cards. I have seen people selling in expos nothing to do with food, like home building or decorating. There is always a pair of stands selling cupcake deocrating clases or selling cookies, cupcakes and coffe. Near christmas or child day so many people goes to toys stores, then near the stores pople park their cars and sell cookies packed to give as a gift. I don't know if that can be posible in your country.

other ideas are macaroons, choux, ecleirs, small pies, desserts for tables, and fresh friut in sticks, salt goodies too! like small sándwiches,
