You are blowing my mind!  This is such a unique take on the challenge.  Please, tell us how you made the hair bow - is it edible lace?  If you piped the grids with royal icing, how did you get them to curve?  Inquiring minds want to know!

What a wonderful compliment!! Thank you Christine. Yes I piped the bow with royal icing. First I designed the pattern on a white sheet and then put an acetate sheet on top. I traced the pattern on the acetate sheet, piped it with royal icing and then gently curved the sheet, holding it still overnight with the help of two mugs. In the morning the icing was completely dry and the three pieced bow was ready.IMG_7347 1 2
