I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who takes care of my own mental health by baking! When my kids were little, I baked decorated cakes for "extra" money while I was a stay at home mom.  When they got older, I went back to school and got a (2nd) master's in counseling. Now, I do therapy with children, adolescents and adults who have experienced sexual abuse or assault or physical abuse or neglect. I also enjoy singing on my worship team at church, reading and going to the beach (well, or any travel, really).
