I am the owner of ArtGirlCookies here in NY and have been in business for the past 10 years. My style of decorating is such that doesn't involve flooding for the most part. My background is graphic design, so my designs often reflect that. I like having the cookie speak for itself taste wise, so I only use the icing to compliment the cookie visually. it was more of a fluke that I even entered into this line of work, having no training whatsoever, but it has been a very rewarding process for me. I am amazed at what has become of the cookie industry. I have seen some absolutely wonderful work. 

I have a couple of tutorials I created for decorating cookies, available on CD. They are not videos, but page by page printable pages, as in a book, with full color photos of every step of decorating....from start to finish, with a and A's included as well.
