Chocolatier, baker, candy-cane maker!  I work in three different commercial kitchens cooking, baking and candy-making.  I hope to own my own candy shop soon, where I will specialize in candy canes, fudge, chocolates and decorated cookies.  "Make your own" will be a major feature in this nostalgic, family-friendly atmosphere where all the senses are stimulated.  It will be a place where your inner child is allowed to run free - like a kid in a candy store!!
